REFUND POLICY - OP Proxies TCG
At OP Proxies TCG, we are dedicated to creating high-quality custom proxy cards. We take great care in producing, handling, and packing your order to ensure it arrives safely at your nominated delivery address. We understand the importance of receiving collectable cards in excellent condition and do our best to maintain that standard from our workshop to your door.
Our Commitment to Quality & Packing
All our cards are custom-made and handled with care. To ensure they remain protected during their journey, every card is shipped securely in a sleeve and a protective top loader.
Product Status & Intended Use
Please remember that all our products are custom-made proxy cards intended for casual, personal use. They are not official tournament-legal cards. By purchasing, you acknowledge you have read and understood this.
Damaged in Transit
While we pack orders securely, items can occasionally be damaged during shipping. If this happens, please contact OP Proxies TCG immediately via email at info@opproxiestcg.com.
- All claims for items damaged in transit must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- We will require clear photographic evidence of the shipping package and the damaged card(s) to assess the claim.
- An OP Proxies TCG representative will review the evidence and contact you within 2-3 business days to discuss a resolution, such as a replacement or store credit.
Defective Items vs. Manufacturing Variations
Due to the custom nature of our printed cards, it's important to distinguish between a defective item and a minor manufacturing variation.

Defective Items: A card is considered defective if it has a major flaw that impacts its integrity, such as a significant crease or bend, water damage, or a major printing error making the card unusable. OP Proxies TCG will only issue a exchange or store credit if a defective item is returned to us in the same condition it was received.

Manufacturing Variations (Not Considered Defects): As these are custom-made items, minor variations can occur and are not grounds for a refund. These include:
- Slight colour or saturation differences between the online image and the physical card.
- Minor print lines inherent to the custom printing process.
- Slightly off-centre printing that does not obscure text or key art.
- Minor edge or corner imperfections.
- Slight variations in the pattern or intensity of holographic finishes.
OP Proxies TCG reserves the right to assess all claims and determine if an issue is a defect or a minor manufacturing variation in accordance with our policy.
Change of Mind & Incorrect Purchases
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, OP Proxies TCG does not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect purchases made. Please review your cart carefully before completing your purchase.
Cancellations & Refunds
- All refunds are at the sole discretion of OP Proxies TCG.
- Approved order cancellations and discretionary returns will incur a 20% restocking / cancellation fee. This fee applies to any order that has entered the production stage, including custom and pre-order items. This covers the cost of materials and labour already allocated to your order.
- Custom Orders (e.g., where you supply custom artwork or text) cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has begun.
Refund Process
If a refund is approved by OP Proxies TCG:
- The refund will be processed back to the original payment method (e.g., Credit Card, PayPal).
- Refunds are issued in Australian Dollars (AUD). OP Proxies TCG is not liable for any variation in the amount refunded due to currency exchange rates.
- Orders paid for with a discount code will be refunded only for the amount spent after the discount was applied.
- Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the refund to be processed by us. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to credit the funds to your account.
Credit Card Refunds: Refunds will be sent to the exact card used for the purchase. If your card has expired or been cancelled, the refund will need to be processed via PayPal or Bank Transfer.
PayPal Refunds: The refund will be credited according to how the original payment was made (e.g., back to your PayPal balance or back to your credit card). This can take up to 30 days to appear on a card statement.
Custom & Pre-Order Policy
- Payment: All custom and pre-order items must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
- ETA: Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) or production lead times provided in product descriptions are estimates. These are subject to change based on production schedules and we are not liable for minor delays.
- Cancellations: Custom and pre-order items cannot be cancelled once production has started. Any discretionary cancellation is subject to our 20% cancellation fee.
- Combined Orders: If your order contains both in-stock and custom/pre-order items, it will ship only once all items are ready. Please place separate orders if you wish to receive in-stock items sooner.
- Custom Orders, Pre-Order, Made-to-Order & Graded products cannot be changed or cancelled.
