Welcome to OP PROXIES TCG. By purchasing from our website (www.opproxiestcg.com), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Product Disclaimer & Intended Use
All cards sold on www.opproxiestcg.com are high-quality, custom-made proxy cards. They are intended strictly for personal, non-commercial use, such as casual play with friends, collection purposes, or as placeholders in a binder.

Crucially, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Our products are NOT official, licensed cards from any official TCG publisher (e.g., Konami, Bandai, Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, etc.).

  • Our products are NOT tournament legal and cannot be used in officially sanctioned events.

  • OP PROXIES TCG operates independently and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any official TCG brand.

2. Order Fulfilment, Shipping, & Customs
We take pride in ensuring your custom cards are created and packed with care. All cards are shipped sleeved and secured in a protective top loader.

  • Processing Time: Please allow for the stated processing time on our website for your order to be printed, prepared, and dispatched.

  • International Taxes and Duties: For international orders, the customer is solely responsible for any customs fees, import duties, tariffs, or local taxes imposed by their country's customs department. OP PROXIES TCG will not falsify customs documents or declare packages as "gifts" to avoid these legal fees.

3. Damaged in Transit 
While we pack every order securely, items can occasionally be damaged during shipping.

  • If your order arrives with clear transit damage, please contact us immediately via email at info@opproxiestcg.com within 7 days of receiving your goods.

  • We will require clear photographic evidence of the damaged exterior packaging AND the affected card(s) to assess the situation and file a carrier claim.

  • We will review the evidence and contact you within 2-3 business days to discuss a resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit. OP PROXIES TCG is not liable for damages incurred if the package was mishandled by the final delivery carrier.

4. Proxy Card Quality & Manufacturing Variations
OP PROXIES TCG cards are custom-made products. While we strive for perfection, the manufacturing process can result in minor variations.

  • Minor Variations: Factory variations such as minor print lines, slight colour saturation differences from the online image, minor edge or corner imperfections, or slight variations in holographic patterns are not considered defects and are not covered by our return policy.

  • Defective Items: A card is considered defective only if it has significant damage that affects its core integrity (deep creases, major misalignments, or a printing error that makes it unrecognisable). OP PROXIES TCG will issue an exchange or store credit if a legitimately defective item is reported within 7 days and returned to us in the exact condition it was received. We reserve the right to assess whether a variation constitutes a "defect".

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

  • Change of Mind: Due to the custom nature of our products, OP PROXIES TCG does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect purchases. Please review your cart carefully before finalising payment.

  • Custom, Pre-Order, & Made-to-Order Items: All sales are completely final for fully custom cards (using your own artwork/text), made-to-order items, and pre-orders. Once an order for these items has been placed, it cannot be changed, modified, or cancelled under any circumstances.

  • Cancellations & Restocking Fee: For standard, non-custom items, order cancellations are entirely at the discretion of OP PROXIES TCG. Approved cancellations or returns may be subject to a 20% restocking/cancellation fee to cover the cost of materials and time allocated to an order that has already been processed.

6. Refund Process
In the event that a refund is approved by OP PROXIES TCG:

  • Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method in Australian Dollars (AUD). OP PROXIES TCG is not liable for any variations in the refunded amount due to currency exchange rates applied by your bank.
  • Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your refund to be processed on our end. Your financial institution may take additional time to credit the funds.

7. Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Lead Times

  • Strict Final Sale Policy: All custom orders, made-to-order items, and pre-orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase to secure your order. Because these items are produced specifically for you, they cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded once the order is submitted.

  • Lead Times: Products will have an estimated lead time or Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) specified. This is an estimate and may be subject to change due to production schedules or supply chain factors. We are not liable for minor delays.

  • Combined Orders: If your order contains both in-stock and custom/pre-order items, the entire order will ship only once all items are ready. To receive in-stock items faster, please place separate orders.

8. Right to Refuse Service
OP PROXIES TCG reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts at our sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, orders flagged by our system as high-risk for fraud, instances of customer abuse towards our staff, or suspected violations of these Terms and Conditions. If we cancel an order under these circumstances, a full refund will be issued.

9. Order Delivery and Dispute Resolution Protocol

  • Delivery Confirmation: OP PROXIES TCG considers an order successfully fulfilled and delivered when the chosen shipping carrier provides tracking information stating the package was "Delivered" to the shipping address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after the carrier has confirmed delivery.

  • First Contact Resolution: If you have an issue with your order (non-delivery, damage, missing items), you agree to contact OP PROXIES TCG customer support first to attempt a resolution before contacting your financial institution to file a dispute or chargeback.

10. Chargeback Fraud Policy
Filing a chargeback for an order that was successfully delivered, or filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue directly with us, is considered chargeback fraud. OP PROXIES TCG takes chargeback fraud extremely seriously.

In the event of a fraudulent chargeback, we reserve the right to:

  • Submit all available evidence to our payment processor and your bank to contest the dispute, including IP addresses, tracking information, and delivery confirmations.

  • Permanently ban your account, IP address, and physical address from making any future purchases.

  • Pursue the recovery of stolen funds, chargeback fees, and associated administrative costs through a third-party debt collection agency.

  • Report incidents of suspected theft by deception to the appropriate legal authorities in the customer’s jurisdiction.

11. Liability for Fees
If a chargeback is filed and subsequently won by OP PROXIES TCG, or if you cancel a chargeback after it has been filed, you will be held liable for any non-refundable dispute fees levied against OP PROXIES TCG by our payment processor.

12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OP PROXIES TCG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our website or the purchase of our products. In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific order in dispute.

13. Severability & Modifications
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms. This shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Victoria.
