Welcome to OP Proxies TCG. By purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Product Disclaimer & Intended Use

All cards sold on www.opproxiestcg.com are high-quality, custom-made proxy cards. They are intended for personal, non-commercial use, such as casual play with friends, collection purposes, or as placeholders in a binder.

Crucially, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Our products are NOT official, licensed cards from any official TCG publisher (e.g., Konami, Bandai, Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, etc.).
  • Our products are NOT tournament legal and cannot be used in officially sanctioned events.
  • OP Proxies TCG operates independently and is not affiliated with any official TCG brand.

2. Order Fulfilment & Shipping

Here at OP Proxies TCG, we take pride in ensuring your custom cards are created and packed with care. We recognise the importance of receiving collectable cards in excellent condition.

  • Protection: To ensure your items arrive safely, all cards are shipped sleeved and secured in a protective top loader.
  • Processing Time: Please allow for the stated processing time on our website for your order to be printed, prepared, and dispatched. This is especially relevant for custom orders.

3. Damaged in Transit

While we pack every order securely, items can occasionally be damaged during shipping. If your order arrives with clear transit damage, please contact us immediately via email at info@opproxiestcg.com (or your preferred contact email).

  • All enquiries regarding items damaged in transit must be received within 7 days of you receiving your goods.
  • We will require photographic evidence of the damaged packaging and the affected card(s) to assess the situation.
  • We will review the evidence and contact you within 2-3 business days to discuss a resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.

4. Proxy Card Quality & Manufacturing Variations

OP Proxies TCG cards are custom-made products. While we strive for perfection, the manufacturing process can result in minor variations. These are not considered defects.

  • Minor Variations: Factory variations such as minor print lines, slight colour saturation differences from the online image, minor edge or corner imperfections, or slight variations in holographic patterns are not covered by our return policy. These are inherent characteristics of custom-printed cards.
  • Defective Items: A card is considered defective if it has significant damage that affects its core integrity, such as deep creases, bends, water damage, or a major printing error that makes it unrecognisable.
  • OP Proxies TCG will only issue an exchange, or store credit if a defective item is returned to us in the exact same condition it was received. We reserve the right to assess whether a variation is "minor" or constitutes a "defect".

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

  • Change of Mind: Due to the custom nature of our products, OP Proxies TCG does not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect purchases. Please review your order carefully before finalising payment.
  • Custom Orders: Orders for fully custom cards (e.g., using your own artwork/text) cannot be cancelled once the production process has begun.
  • Cancellations & Restocking Fee: All refunds and order cancellations are at the discretion of OpProxies TCG. Approved cancellations or returns may be subject to a 20% restocking/cancellation fee. This fee covers the cost of materials and time allocated to an order that has been processed or started.

6. Refund Process

In the event that a refund is approved by OP Proxies TCG:

  • Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.) in Australian Dollars (AUD). OP Proxies TCG is not liable for any variations in the refunded amount due to currency exchange rates.
  • Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your refund to be processed on our end. Your financial institution may take additional time to credit the funds to your account.
  • Discounted orders will be refunded for the amount paid after the discount was applied. The 20% cancellation fee may still apply.

7. Custom Order, Made-to-Order & Pre-Order Policy

  • Payment: Custom orders and pre-orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase to secure your order.
  • Lead Time: Custom and pre-order products will have an estimated lead time or Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) specified in the product description or communicated during the ordering process. This is an estimate and may be subject to change due to production schedules or supply chain factors. We are not liable for minor delays.
  • Combined Orders: If your order contains both in-stock and custom/pre-order items, the entire order will ship only once all items are ready. To receive in-stock items faster, please place a separate order.
  • Custom Orders, Pre-Order, Made-to-Order & Graded products cannot be changed or cancelled.

8. Item Listings & Imagery

The images on our website are high-quality representations of our products. However, the final physical product may have slight variations.

  • Colour & Finish: Please be aware that screen calibrations can affect colour appearance. The colour saturation and the exact appearance of holographic or textured finishes on the final printed card may vary slightly from the digital mockup.
  • Information Accuracy: For custom card orders, you are responsible for the accuracy of any text, stats, or effects provided to us. We will print what is supplied and are not responsible for typos or errors in the source material you provide.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that location.
